Look for a ring, possibly a "wedding" type, that is exactly your size.
2. Measure
With a ruler, measure the inside diameter of your ring. Using the measurer below find the measurement equivalent to your diameter. For example: if your diameter is 1.78cm, it will correspond to a size 16.
3. Compare
If the diameter you measured is in between two sizes, choose the larger one.
